List of Figures

I'm using a Template and the List of Illustrations can't find my Figures
"Error! No table of figures entries found". I've copied and pasted and
changed the figure numbers and name so I don't know if that is the issue and
how to resolve. I've selected the entire document and F9 with no luck.

How exactly did you insert the figure captions?

What does a typical caption look like? Select one and then hit SHIFT-F9.
This should reveal the field code; there should be at least one SEQ
field here: what's the field code displayed?

Finally, I'd check the field code of the list (should be a TOC field).
