List wizard / pivot table question

I created a list with the list wizard, and then did a pivot table from it.
Now when I add to the list, the pivot table only refers to the previous
entries, it does not expand to include the new ones.

Is there a trick to create a pivot table that will always include all the
list, as it grows, so I can add entries and just update the pivot table?

Thanks!

Is there a way to refer to a list by name?
I use the new list wizard, and have pivot tables and charts from it, but I
add to the list daily, and right now I defined a name for the area and
update the definition manually when I add rows. If a list wizard type list
had a name, so I could reference it, would make sense...
