Listbox Data

Hey,
I have a form which contains five listboxes to make data entry easier
for the user. The form works fine pulling in the names from another table
when editing but after closing the form and access nothing is left in the
fields on the original table. I am using access 2002. I want the user to
select a name and all information on the form and let it be stored in the
main table. I have all the listboxes bound to the right fields so that I
can have duplicates in the table.

Is the form bound? Are the ListBoxes?
