ListBox Items Opening a Window

What I've done is loaded a two-column listbox on a custom form with
unread bulletin board messages. It looks like this:

Folder Path Message Subject
Bulletin Board\Newsletters 2005 Newsletter
Bulletin Board\News Articles 2005 News Article
etc
..
..
..

What I want to do click on a row (or double-click) and then the bulletin
board message pops up. Is this possible? What method, if any, would I
have to use?
