Listbox transfer example

Hi Groupies:

Can somebody please direct me to a form example where you have 2 list boxes
with an arrow pointing from one to the other? When you push the arrow
button, the selected item on the left moves to the list on the right.

I have seen these before but of course, when I need it, I can not find an
example.
