Listing not completed tasks?

Is there a simple way to list all the "not" 100% completed tasks? i.e., I
don't want to look at the "100% completed" tasks, but I want to look at
everything else.

The default options on the tool bar can't do this. But if I add the "%
complete column" then I can do it wth a custom filtering. Seems to me this
option should be one of the default options on the tool bar.

Hi wt,

See the built in "Incomplete tasks" filter. The filter list appears
on the format toolbar -- "All tasks".
