LISTNUM formatting

I read the information about paragraph outline reformating and believe that I
did it properly however, I still cannot get rid of the ")" of the numbering
sequence of LISTNUM. I do not know if I did the 'bullets nymbering'
corrrectly but thought that I had. Any suggestions? We are using Word 2003 at
the Chamber.

LISTNUM fields simply display formatting stored in an outline-numbered list
(defined in the document). How did you modify the list?

Also, are you sure that you specified the correct level for the LISTNUM
field? Note that you can right-click a field and use Increase Indent /
Decrease Indent (from the context menu) to change the numbering level
displayed. Word automatically adds the appropriate switches to the
underlying field code.
