Lists do not display in PWA

Hello all,
I hope someone will help me.
I am using MS Project pro and server 2003 on a Windows server 2003 and
MS SQL 2000 plateform; any necessary SP is here too.
I am able to connect to MS Project Pro and PWA as the basic
administrator to create new users in PWA and connect as the new users;
I can see the number of users I have created.
But not one list displays in PWA, I get an IE error message instead
saying something like "IE cannot display this page".
I tried to uninstall and install again MSP Pro and Server, with the
same result.
Please help!

1) can you publish a project plan to the server and will it create a site?
2) is your OLAP cube successfully Built?
If your install can do the above then it's an "IIS - setting" on the
webserver.
If not then it will mostlikely resolve it's self once your install can do 1
& 2.
