Lists of unwanted e-mail names

I recieved an e-mail from a friend who had sent it out to
everyone in his contact list. His computer subsequently
died and he lost all of his contact information. I did a
reply all to the message he sent me, so he could get all
the addresses. Now when I type a new message, I get all
these other names in the help list that I do not have set
up as contacts. Where does Outlook/MS Office store those
lists so that I can edit it and remove those unwanted
names?

In the autocompletion cache (NK2 file). Remove individual addresses from the
autocompletion cache by highlighting the entry when presented in the
suggested names list (use your arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then
hitting your Delete key before you tab out of the field. To clear the entire
cache, follow the instructions here:
