ListView control - not showing anything in Form View

I am attempting to use the ActiveX control "Microsoft ListView
control" (mscomctl.ocx) in Access 2000. This is my first shot at
configuring an ActiveX control.

I am now very familiar with most of the documentation (in MSDN) on the
class and it's related classes, and yes, I've set a reference to the
library. But, I can't seem to get the control to function (i.e. show
up) at run-time. I've added ColumnHeaders both at design-time and
run-time, yet there are no ColumnHeaders showing at run-time, nor
anything in the ListView for that matter. Just a white hole.

Does anybody have any experience with this control, or any ideas on
what am I missing? Thanks in advance!
