Live Calendar or Internet Calendar

Can I import/view an Internet Calendar, in Windows Live Mail Calendar? I
currently run an .ost Exchange account on my work computer. I also create a
personal folder (.pst), in which I put personal items on the Calendar and
Tasks. The Calendar is sync to the Microsoft Internet Calendar server. What I
want is to sync. this Internet Calendar, so when I get home I can open
Windows Live Mail and have my calendar entries from work.

PS : I know I can use the Outlook Connector to view my Windows Live/Hotmail
accounts at work, but since I am not allowed to install additional software,
then I am not able to use it.
