live chat room for Microsoft software

Ok I know I've been asking a lot of questions in the past week, that's
pretty much all I needed most likely. Only question I still have is:
is there a chat room or chat page on the Internet for users of Microsoft
software to talk with other users--specifically, *live* chat? Either
sponsored by Microsoft or just by some unaffiliated user?
I doubt IRC would have anything, but I could be wrong

Sure, check the Expert Zone in my signature line. There's an on-going chat
live all the time, with certain specific chats in a regular schedule listed
on the site.
