Live Communications Server Walk Through

I am trying to jump into Live Communications Server 2005 and have installed
it in my lab, but I am not at all sure how to use it.

Does anyone know a good guided turn, walk through or hands-on type of lab
guid that will allow me to learn the key features quickly (without having to
read hundreds of pages)?
