Is the anyway to implement LCS or Windows Messenger 5.0 API under MS Access 2003? Can MS Access 2003 handle .NET framework stuff?

I’m trying to convert LCS SDK 1.2 sample in VB.NET files into VBA but I couldn't figure out which reference file to load.

I’m trying to send out automatic message from MS Access DB to buddies through LCS. So which API should I use, Windows Messenger API or LCS API?

Any help will be appreciated
