Live Hotmail and Entourage iCal Problems

I have a custom domain of my own at Windows Live Mail. It works with Windows Live Mail Desktop, but does not work with Entourage 2008. One of the main reasons I bought Office 2008 was to get this functionality on my mac. I have been try for 9 days now (since Office 2008 release day) and I always get:

Error:
   HTTP error. The server is temporarily unable to fullfil the request

Explanation:
   The Windows Live Hotmail folder list could not be received.

Also, what is the point of syncing your calendar and choosing to erase what is en Entourage and replace with iCal, if Entourage just creates an Entourage Calendar in iCal? Would be nice to have my iCal calendar in Entourage?
