Live Local add in for Outlook

After installing the Live Local add in for Outlook, the following
dialog/advertisement is added to my meeting invitations:

How do I prevent this? It is very unprofessional for me to have
advertisements in my email messages to customers, etc.

Uninstall Local Live. It's Microsoft's product and you didn't pay anything
for it, so they're free to generate revenue by advertising. No one forces
the use of Local Live.
