Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft® Outlook® Download Live Meeting Add-in for
Microsoft® Outlook® This add-in operates only with the Premier Edition of
Live Meeting (not Presenter Edition or the Live Meeting Trial Service).
With the add-in, you can perform Live Meeting Web conferencing tasks using
Microsoft Outlook, without logging into the Live Meeting or entering your
personal place meeting ID and key. After installing the add-in, you can:
Schedule Live Meetings directly from Outlook. Your meeting will be scheduled
in Outlook and in Live Meeting.
Check Live Meeting seat availability directly from Outlook.
Schedule a meeting (instant meeting) to take place now in your personal
place.
Display the Organize Meeting page to view and manage all of your scheduled
meetings.
Set up default preference information including text for your e-mail
invitations.
