Live ommunication Server 2005 and Resource Forest Topology

Hi there, I'm using the Resource Forest Topology with Exchange which works
fine. Now I want to use the same topology for LCS 2005, I have enabled the
"disabled" users for Live Communication Server, but how do I connect the
disabled user account to an external account?.
