Live Onecare Error: "INF Install Failure. Reason: Access is Denied

Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong discussion group.

When Live OneCare starts its tune-up (the beginning of the first task in its
list, "Remove unnecessary files") a popup box shows up saying "INF Install
Failure. Reason: Access is Denied".

I don't see anything int the Problem Reports And Solutions tool, nor do I
see anything conspicuous in the Windows Event Viewer.

I'm not sure if I need to be concerned, but I would like the notification to
stop regardless.

Any advice appreciated!

Since this is a Macintosh Office group, you've picked the one least likely
to be able to help you :)

Sorry: But access will be denied because you are logged in to the wrong user
account. Just how you did that, I have no idea.

Cheers

That is strange. I was looking for a topic area involving Live OneCare (as
you can imagine). The subject-area drop-down list had many, many options,
but the list was not in alpha order. I saw "General Discussion" and instead
of spending an inordinate amount of time going through the list, I just
picked that. ;) The reason why it shows up in a mac forum is another appears
to be a site error.
Oh well, nvm.

Just confirmed I am logged in under an admin account to run - this also
happens to be the account I installed the program with as well.
