When I first installed Live OneCare on my computer, Outlook could not send
email messages because the following error would pop up "Interface not
registered". I could still recieve and read emails but cannot reply or send
new messages. I uninstalled Live OneCare and the problem went away. I
reinstalled Live OneCare and the problem is back. I need an explanation or
even better, help.
