Live preview does not work

Live preview does not work in Word 2007 and Outlook 2007. I have not used PP
or Excel yet. The tick box to enable it is ticked. It worked when I
originally installed Office several weeks ago. I unticked the box and
reticked it. Still disabled. Anyone have any help for me?
