"Live Shared Sections" - Won't go away

We have done a couple of tests with live sharing, and found other methods
work much better for what we're trying to do. Now however, I have a "Live
Shared Sections" item in my Notebook bar, which seems to contain cached
copies of the sections shared from the old host. I can't figure out how to
get rid of this item, or it's content. How do I tell OneNote to dump these
old sessions?

If you no longer need the contents of those sections you can delete them
(rightclick each section tab and select delete). You can also drag them
into other notebooks if you want to keep the data. Once the "Live Shared
Sections" notebook is empty it will disappear from the notebook bar
automatically.

Wow. Okay, now I see what you mean. I expected that the "Live Shared
Sections" represented pointers to the original share point. Now I see that
it actually makes another copy of the tab. That is actually kind of
frustrating, since then changes made would have to be copied back over the
original to be saved, or at least another tab made. I would think it would
be better to share access to a tab, and remove it when done, but that may
just be my view. Thanks for clearing up the confusion for me.

Forgive me for popping in here, but this is the first time I think
I've heard of "live sharing" in OneNote. Is this something to do with
Office Live, or with SharePoint, or what?
