Live Sharing Not Working

I am attempting to live share a 6.50 meg document between 7 wireless tablet
PC's. I can get one tablet to connect to the live sharing session, but the
rest of the users receive a message that the "live session is connecting" for
about 1 -2 minutes and then a message appears that the network is
unavailable. The wireless network is not down and their signal quality is
excellent when they receive this message. Any ideas??

Are there any firewall settings on the affected laptops which would prevent
the connection? There are some settings under Tools | Options | Live
Sharing which can be verified - make sure that all clients are either using
the same port (2302 by default) or all set to "Automatically Select the
Port.

The firewall is set to exclude OneNote and yes, all users are using the
default port of 2302. Our networking staff seem to think that OneNote is
causing a a security issue with the Cisco router. Do you know what changes
would need to be made on a router to allow OneNote to communicate?
