Load a picture in a Stream object into a InlineShape

Hi all,

I've got a picture in a Stream-Object and I'd like to load this into a
InlineShape of a Word document. Is this possible?

So far I managed to load the picture into a Image object
(System.IO.Image), in case this helps???
