Load Balancing...

I have a question around load balancing, I have two servers PRO01 and PRO02,
both running Windows Sharepoint Services, MOSS2007 and Project Server 2007.

Have installed the same on both machines, and according to both servers, via
the Sharepoint Config Admin, are running the Project Server Application, and
Web services, but I can only connect to the Sharepoint sites on each server.

If I connect to the PWA site on PRO01/PWA it connects with no problem, if I
connect on PRO02/PWA it either changes to PRO01/PWA or comes back with a site
not found message.

I have also setup Network load balancing on both machines with a cluster
name of PSPORTAL, but if I use that it always asks me to login, whereas if I
go direct to the servers it doesnt and just takes the windows login id from
my machine.

Anyone any ideas?

Yes, I have configure an alternative address mapping for the name given to
the NLB cluster.

It will connect via this name, but it always asks for a user to
authenticate, it does not take the users windows credentials and use those.

Also as I said, it does not appear to be load balanced, as if i connect
directly to PRO02/PWA it moves this to PRO01/PWA all the time.
