load disc of photos into laptop

loaded film onto disc to send to daughter in italy novice on laptop inserted
disc how do i proceed to load film so i can e mail photos

Well, normally you'd open the new message form and use the insert command.
But if you want to send the entire disk and it contains more than a handful
of photos, you should copy them to your My Documents folder and combine them
in a compressed folder then send the compressed file to her.

Are the pictures stored as files on the CD? Have you tried copying the files
to your hard drive? Can you view the photos yourself? If so, you can try
attaching the files to an email... or simply post them to a photo sharing
site so your daughter can view them from anywhere on any machine.
