Load Office 2000 into XP Home

When I try to load Office 2000 on my new system with XP
Home I get an "Error 135" Error reading file at
Pfiles\msoffice\office\1033\VBAout9.AW
I need the EXCELL and a few other that I am used to using
from my old system. What can I do?
