Load Outlook workgroup details into a shared calendar

Outlook 2003 sp2; VP wants to know meeting schedules, appt's and vacation
from his direct reports, loaded into a shared calendar on a shared drive,
maintained by his admin.
I do not have permission from some of his direct reports to view their
calendars - thus no details. I created a work group and I can see they have
time blocked out, but VP and I have no way of knowing the conference call-in
number, or location of the meeting that he may want to pop in on.

Any suggestions?

Outlook can't do anything unless you have permission to view the data you're interested in.
