Load Project Add-in very slow

Hi,

There have a Microsoft Project Add-in sample "MyProjectAddin" at
Project SDK2003.
After I compile and install it, my project professional 2003 startup
very slow. need wait about 15 seconds.
Anybody know the reason.

I have the same situation. Mostly of that get solved when i increased
the RAM in my PC. The delay became smaller from 30 sec to 10.
