Load Resources globally for Addin

Hi!
I have a requirement in my MS Project 2003 VB.NET Addin...
I need to load my custom resource list when the application starts...is
there a way by which i can add resources globally, just for my addin,
without using the global.mpt?
It would be of great help if someone cud pass me a sample code...'coz i'm
new to Office development.

Another help: Is there some article that explains the elements in the xml
thatz generated out of MS Project 2003 mpp file?

For XML documentation find the file called Projxml.htm on your project cd or
the HD of any machine that has project installed on it.
