Load time excel 2007

Hi.
After upgrading from office 2003 to office 2007 we are have some very long
load times when opening office 2003 worksheets.
We are talking about load time on 3-4 minuts.

We have tried to load from local machine/network drive, no difference.

Anyone have a good idea what is going on, and how to fix this?
I have now installed this on 50+ machines, and only 4-5 have this problem.
