load upgrade on new computer

I am purchasing a new Dell computer. I am ditching my old
computer which has Office XP standard which I used an
upgrade version to install. I would like to uninstall
Office on my old computer and reinstall on my new but I
only have the upgrade version. Can I use this to install
office on my new computer that will not have Office
products preinstalled? I do not have the original full
version anymore. Thanks.

you must obtain a replacement kit for the previous version then from MS. see
http://www.microsoft.com/usa or http://www.microsoft.com/worldwide for phone
