"Loadind Data" on security page

After reinstalling the IIS on my Win2000 Server + Project
2002 Server installed while trying to use the security
pages ( Manage users / groups ) the massage Loading Data
appers and the page is not loaded. i noticed that the
errors are
on :http://server/projectserver/admin/sec_groups.asp
does someone knows how to fix it ?

Try upgrading MDAC on the server.
