Loading an Image

Hi everybody,

i need to load at runtime 42 images in 42 image controls.
If i use the property Picture the result is too slow.
N.B i try to load a bitmap with size 7k.

If i use a gif or a jpg with size 1k o 2k max the result
is a system form with the state of import (is not good for
layout!!!)

Exist another way to make this?

Hi Orazio,

How about combining the 42 images into one and just using one large
image control? If necessary you can put transparent commandbuttons over
it to capture clicks or other user actions.

but i've thought this solutions, but i wanna know if i can
use a gdi or another way to make this quickly...
i try with GDI but image control haven't an handle.
can i use another control? which?

Take a look at www.lebans.com. Just possibly there's something there
that may do what you need.
