Loading another webpage

Sorry about the crosspost...

I am trying to find out how (in html or whatever) I go about loading a
webpage from another site INTO a FRAME on MY site?

This is a perfectly legal one I'm refering to. I want to load the page from
a weather site into a frame on a page on my own site.

I already know how to LINK to that page, so that's not what I mean. I've
seen it done before, but I can't remember where.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you so sure it's legal?

There have been lawsuits about such framing. The weather site is
likely to have greater resources than you; personally I would not
risk it.
