Loading Contacts (PST) from OL 2003 to newer OL version

My Windows XP Pro "Outlook Contacts" (2003 version) from home PC are loaded
on a Flash Drive. Can't figure out how & where to load in my new Laptop with
Vista
and MS 2007 Office Small Business (w/ Outlook)?? I'm a total rookie at this
tech stuff with no experience. Please give detailed steps. Appreciate your
help. Semper Fi
