Loading more then one ribbon

I've got a huge msaccess application, I've tried to use usysribbons table to
move all my menu option to ribbons but the memo size of the table is to small
for my XML so I divided tabs to deferent ribbons but I can't find a way to
load all of them in one time.
please help.
