loading my database causes an install wizard for another product

I'm experiencing a weird problem. A while ago whenever I would press F1 for
help I would get some install wizard for microsoft streets and trips. When
you hit cancel on the wizard it would bring up another. I'd usually have to
hold the cancel key until it canceled quite a few times went away. I finally
decided to uninstall MS S&T and now its doing it when I load the database.
It brings up an install wizard for a different product that I had installed
almost 2 months ago.

I don't know why it started in the first place, but most of all, I dont know
why this program is acting up now especially when I load my db. We have made
no changes at all to our db in a while and I have not installed any new
programs on this pc for a while either.

The install wizard only pops up when I load my database front end. Access by
itself or other basic dbs that only have tables don't cause it.

Each time these programs are asking for an install disk for whatever
application its for.

What's strange is that when I tried to load S&T or even this other program
it would prompt to install but even though I would cancel those wizards the
programs would still operate normally.

Luckily I have the install disk for the current problem but I want to figure
out what how to prevent this from happening again. I didn't have the install
disks for S&T so I had to uninstall that.
