Loading Office Enterprise 2007

I place the CD in my computer and it will not beging the down load. When a
use the run command it says cannot read disc. I currrently have windows xp.
Why wont this work?

Was this disk supplied by your employer? Is it hologrammed or just a plain
vanilla CD? It should be the hologrammed disc supplied by your employer.
You can ask them for a different disk.
