Yes Outlook 2000 can install on to Windows XP. In fact, it runs very nicely. What error are you getting? It helps us if you can tell us the exact error message so we can help troubleshoot your problem. For starters though, I would consider retrying your installation under the Administrator's login since you as a user may not have the rights to install the software.
