loading outlook 2003 into vista

I have a laptop with windows vista and have tried to load outlook 2003. All
the other components of office 2003 load and run but though outlook will load
it will not run

Anyone any ideas what the problem may be. All the other componented of
office 2003 load and run fine

When you say it "will not run" can you be a bit more vague? What EXACTLY
happens when you try?
