Loading outlook (new msg window) from C# application!

Is there any way to load the outlook application or a new message window
from C#.

For example, i would like to create a button in my C# application that when
clicked it loads a new message window in outlook if open and if not it would
load outlook first then new message window from outlook!

Any idea pls post me a msg asap as it's kinda urgent..
