loading template with dialog boxes?

What A Ride

Hows do I when loading a template have it ask for "name" of project, and
also ask whether you want portrait or landscape, depending on what is
entered, the blank page will fill in project name at top of page and also
rotate sheet for landscape....will this have to be done by a macro and some
visual basic..this willl keep all drawing consistant. Bill
