loadWebBrowserControl method

I have amixed 2003, 2007 environment. Trying to use the
LoadWebBrowserControl in either VB.net or in VBA in the 2003 client, I get
the message "The LoadWebBrowserControl method was called with an invalid
parameter". The same code works in a 2003 only environment. I have tried
restricting the references in vb. I think I am getting the wrong DLL for the
method but don't know how to handle that. Any suggestions??????
