Local copy and Server copy do not match in Outlook 2003

Hey all,
Any help here would be very appreciated. We are running Office 2003 in
Cached mode. Has anyone seen the issue where the deleted items in the local
copy are not sync'ing properly to the server copy? In other words, when you
go to Mailbox cleanup and view Mailbox size, the server copy and the local
copy do not match. the difference in always in the deleted items folder. If
we disable cache mode, have them open Outlook, close Outlook, enable cache
mode again, open Outlook, it syncs properly again. There are no rules, PDA's
or additional mailbox's on our test client. Not sure what to do. Thanks

Common. Synching isn't instantaneous and a discrepancy like that is fairly
insignificant.
