Hi,

Will the basic Groove 2007 (no Groove Enterprise server present) function
fully on a non-domain workgroup LAN without an internet connection or Groove
"subscription"?

but the first time you must have a connection for groove to generate security
keys as well as validate licenses - else much stops working
