Local resoures & outline codes - not visible in PA views

I have some locally defined resources (non-enterprise) in
some of my projects. And I can assign Enterprise outline
codes to these resources and save the project plans in
which they reside. My plan was to be able to report on
these codes in Portfolio Analyzer.

However, although I can assign the codes, I can't report
on them in the Analyzer and I can't figure out why,
becuase the data is in the database.

How can I report on this information in a PA view ?
