Locate ContentControls within a bookmark range

Hi all,

I have a bookmark range that contains some ContentControls that are locked
so the user cannot delete them... In some cases I need to delete the entire
bookmark range and all content and all ContentControls.

The issue here are that I need to unlock the ContentControls loacted within
the bookmark range before I can remove the bookmark range...

Any ideas?
