Hello,
We are currently using a shared contacts folder that
contains a large number of contacts (500+). This contacts
folder is one of three that we use. We routinely link
contacts to our appointments in the calendar folder.
Using the Contacts button on the appointment to locate the
correct contact is very time consuming. Also, using
CheckNames to resolve a contact name often produces
multiple identical entries/hits. This is because many of
the users often have a "local" version of the contact as
well as using the ones in the shared account. When
CheckNames displays the list of hits, the entries appear
identical. Is there a way to use a find from within an
appointment to locate a specific contact or some other
strategy of locating specific contacts from an
Appointment? Any help or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Neil Dittmar
