Locating directory on hard drive where Outlook mail is filed

To the group,

I recently added a new HD to my computer and made it the
master for the OS (Win 2000 Pro). I set the old HD (used
to have the OS loaded on it) as "slave."

What I want to do is locate where Outlook stores the
actual emails (and any Outlook folders I created) so that
I can "import" them into Outlook on my new HD.

If someone would be so generous as to either send me, or
postinstructions to transport the old email over I'd
greatly appreciate it.
